Some herbicides work like sunblock. The plant gets a little burned but its insides are still fine. The plant, using its unaffected root system, will eventually absorb enough water to regenerate the targeted plant. This leads to and endless cycle of spraying, burning, regenerating, respraying, on and on. This is great for the people selling the spray but not really good for anything else. Your pocketbook is lighter, you aren't getting satisfactory results, you aren't getting what you're owed!
